The very definition of mismanagement and disorganization is rendered by this organization. We made vaccine appointments twice in the last two weeks and they got canceled the day before with no explanations. I had similar experiences with them before. Save yourself some time/headache and go to CVS.

The Walgreens in Placerville California is the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever done business with! Every time I have tried to get a prescription or immunization there the staff is unorganized and most times unhelpful. There is never enough staff to help customers and they are unfamiliar with the stock in the store. I will definitely not be back!

Seems every prescription has a delay.

Started an earlier review, then lost it and couldn't retrieve it. That said, I'm shocked at the extremely limited pharmacy hours in Peoria Illinois. I couldn't get a prescription filled tonight without having to drive 35 miles to Pekin Illinois. Seems to be a huge lapse in Walgreens customer service. Tomorrow hours aren't much better. Whoever heard of a walgreens pharmacy closing at 2 pm?

I'm 73. Yesterday, I walked into a Walgreens for the first time in my life that I can remember.....and the last time! The Sherman TX location offered the new Covid vaccine and the current flu shot. I made an appointment for 2:15 PM. I arrived at 2:00 PM with all paperwork completed. I sat on the bench until 2:47 PM and finally I asked if I needed to return on another day. That reminded the clerk that I was waiting. Seven minutes later, I received my vaccinations, and the pharmacist did a great job. Then I received two $10.00 FREE certificates which I tried to use. I was denied the use of the vouchers for REASONS I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT!...AND FOR REASONS I STILL CANNOT FIGURE OUT. BELIEVE ME: IT IS A CONVOLUTED GIMMICK! I finally told the cashier to cancel my transaction and to throw the worthless coupons in the trash.

Walgreens Pharmacy sucks, they lost a prescription for pain meds after a dental nightmare. Was on hold over 3 Hours on and off waiting for help! They had no explanation for not having my prescription I will never deal with this Company again.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My medication is never filled on time and then they argue with you about the doctor not writing your prescription correctly. Doctor writes to fill prescription on a certain date they argue there is 2 dates on the prescription but never clarify with the doctor only argue with the patient who is now out of their medication. Treat you like dirt and do not care about patients at all. I work in health care and this is the worst service ever. Pharmacist Angie just argues well why did the doctor write this or that like the patient is supposed to know that? There are multiple dates but today was the last straw I called last week to make sure they had the prescription was told yes it will be filled on the 17. Call on the 16 just to clarify again was told oh well we can’t fill it we need to clarify the date. They then call me back and say they can’t fill it because my doctor who wrote it was retiring he has written it so I could have time to find a new doctor. So the new doctor sends in a script I call on the 17 to make sure I can pick it up and they argue that again it says ok to fill in the 17th but it has another date as well the 19 th so they can’t fill till then. I am so sick of this pharmacy leaving me without my medication I could scream. And then they act like it’s your fault when you do everything in your power to try to make sure everything is sent in a timely manner.

Less then a month ago I filled a prescription of Atorvastatin 20mg at Walgreens near me. I don't have insurance so I used a goodrx card. They charged me almost $60 for 30 pills which I thought was outrageous but paid since I needed them! A little to late but I price compared after that charge. So I transferred that same script to Walmart and paid $38 for 90 pills without any coupons. What a RIP OFF! I will never fill another prescription at Walgreens!

I wanted to get a flu shot and a Covid booster and my wife had a great experience with Walgreens so I made an appointment, too. As I worked through the web site, the closest Walgreens that is gave me an option for was store#7622 at 2606 E Ash Street; Goldsboro, NC even though there is another store much closer to me and is the one my wife went to. I had the appointment for 10:15 AM on 9/16. It says arrive 15 minutes early and I arrived 30 minutes early and looked around the store for a few minutes. I already had my form filled out and was ready to go. I went to the counter and was told I would need to fill out a 2nd form since I was going to have 2 shots (although my wife wasn't required to) and to sit down and they would be with me shortly. 35 minutes later....which is 20 minutes past my appointment time....after watching the staff furiously look for 2 different prescriptions that showed filled but were mis filed....I asked for my Covid record card back and left. No, "I'm sorry" or "You're next" or anything just an "OK." If they can't find prescriptions that they have already filled, what confidence do I have in what is in the syringe they are sticking into my arm. No thanks. I won't be in that store again.
